A note from Polly

To my clients: Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. We’ll go at your pace, and yes, laughter is welcome too. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone in your corner, I’m here to help you sort through it all (with honesty, heart, and maybe your favorite snack). You don’t have to do this alone, and you don’t have to be anyone but yourself.
