Yuan is a PhD candidate in Jurisprudence at Renmin University of China and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School’s East Asian Legal Studies Center.
Her research spans socio-legal studies, feminist jurisprudence, human rights, and gender equality, with particular attention to family law, women’s rights protection, and judicial practice.
As Clear Harbor’s Board Legal Counsel, Yuan brings a rights-centered perspective to questions involving family and intimate relationships, personal rights, and cross-cultural adjustment.
